Boman (Shanghai) Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Shanghai Pudong New Area Free Trade Zone. It has an ink production factory in Zhejiang, a global R&D center in Shanghai, and sales companies in Shenzhen and Wenzhou.

Since the establishment of the company, based on a high starting point, it is committed to building a series of inks under the "Boman" brand into a well-known brand in the ink industry. After years of hard work, we now have a series of products such as conventional offset printing ink, a full range of UV ink products for UV offset printing , UV silk screen printing , UV gravure printing, waterless UV/LED inks and waterless EB ink,  water-based varnish, UV varnish and other products.

 The company has passed ISO9001 and 14001 certifications, and produces and sells products in line with ROHS, EU REACH and other environmental standards, including printing inks for cigarette packaging in line with domestic YQ69-2015 tobacco industry standard.
